This clinic is one of the best in terms of care, advise, attention to detail and follow up. They have outstanding customer care. They return calls and relay messages to doctors. Keep up the good work health point!

From the very first day I started going to the Auburn North location I've had nothing but excellent care. Dr. Sophia Carter really pushed for all my tests and blood draws I needed even though I'm a difficult draw. I got all my tests and exams done in a timely manner, and I hadn't been to the doctors in over 12 years. I would recommend Health Point Auburn North, especially Dr. Sophia Carter and Dr. Amber Maratas.

Been going here for years! So friendly and compassionate! They have always treated me with the utmost respect, whether it's now, when I'm doing good, or when I was homeless for 10 years using substances. They never judged me.

I recently transferred from the Midway HealthPoint to this Auburn location however my experience was great! They tried to get me in sooner than a regular scheduled appointment and one of the young ladies overheard that I wanted to be seen ASAP and just had a cancellation so I got it! Very helpful and friendly! So far so good. Oh and it wasn't overly crowded, I saw a representative almost immediately. Yay.

I personally have had great experience here. People act like the receptionists have the ability to make ypur appointment go faster and on time. People go to doctor's for many reason and there's no telling how long some appointments will last. Some patients get in there and have everything wrong with them. How is that the receptionists or Doctors doctor's faults when they take longer then normal because the look up Symptoms online and what do you know, they have everything. For the people who act like their more important then another patient, go somewhere else. Guarantee you'll experience the same thing at 90 percent of the clinics you go too. Good luck or marry a doctor. And the pharmacy is amazing. I wish I could change my whole family to this pharmacy.

The staff is really kind and patient here. I know that I can be difficult, as I'm not patient and am highly irritable when I don't feel well. I guess I just feel like the staff really does want to help me, and that's really important to me because I only see Doctor's when I'm scared about my health, and so being able to trust that our goals are the same is a huge sense of relief that it'll get solved.

Dr Antia is the best doctor my family has come across. He has been such an amazing and helpful Dr for my husband throughout the years. When we come in for his visits it's like talking to an old friend. His concern and professionalism is top tier. 10 out of 10.

They saved my life before, helping me absolutely get rid of my former alcohol addiction. I am nearly two years sober now because of them. I continue to go to them because of their empathy and depth of understanding how to connect at the human level that we need. I need them again today after surviving a near fatal car accident where a Ford Police Interceptor smashed into me at high speed out of nowhere a couple days ago, and I am now having delayed symptoms. They are my first choice of location to get physically checked out. I don't agree with any of the negative reviews here. The staff have become a sort of extended family now.
